That gives Ray Davies’ opinion more credence I think. I love Led Zep too, but when I saw them as a kid in San Diego, I was put off by Jimmy Page berating the audience for not being sufficiently quiet to fully appreciate his violin bow on guitar strings solo. It seemed pompous.
